Q: Websites that show how to rebuild a 69 Camaro?
I was just wondering if there are any good websites or anything that can help you build a 69 Camaro

A: I used to have a 69 ss ragtop loved it!!!!! but had to sell to keep my house , check out rickscamaro.com for help and parts.

Q: how much would a non running 69 camaro sell for?
my uncles 69 camaro is in my garage and i want to buy it and fix it up so that it will run. it has been stagnant for a good 20 years and i’m wondering what i should offer him
everything is original all parts are still in it, a few exterior paint cover ups, interior is near perfect, it does not run due to being in a garage for 20 years not being made use of (what a shame) and it would need some work on most of the engine and transmission.

A: $100 to $10000
Not nearly enough details.

Q: which car is better a better muscle classic 70 chevelle or 69 camaro?
i have a 70 chevelle and i was braggin about with a friend he says that his uncles 69 camaro is a way better car. well is he right or does my chevelle beat that camaro?

A: 1. The day the two GMs rolled off the assembly lines.. the Chevelle was a better built car.. The Chevelle had a full frame front to back and a higher sticker price.. even considering they were built a year apart.

2. The condition of the two vehicles is all that matters now.

3. The Camaro would theoretically bring more at auction than the Chevelle.. if they were equal in condition.

Does this help any?

Q: How can I get the bank to loan on a ‘69 Chevy Camaro?
How can I get the bank to loan on a ‘69 Chevy Camaro, which is full restored to replicate the Z-28? Answers please require other solutions than collateral.

A: This would be considered a classic car and banks are not usually willing to offer loans on these kinds of cars. However, there are specialty lenders who do. Check on the www.hemmings.com web site and see if you can find links or advertisements for such lenders.

Q: Does anyone want to sell a 1967,68, or 69 Camaro?
I am looking for a inexpensive 1967,68,or 69 Camaro. I am about to graduate and want to have a graduation presant the rest of my life and I think this would be the best to have. They are just an awsome car right next to the corvette I think. So if anyone is selling one please let me know. I am located in Texas.

Q: How do you install an e-brake emergency brake cable on a 69 camaro?
I have all new lines and simply do not know how to replace them with the old ones.
Any help will be great

A: It’s fairly simple. Lift the rear, and remove the wheels and drums. Pull the actuating arms toward the cables and unhook them. Squeeze the clips that mount the cables to the backing plates. The setup is similar under the dash. Unhook the cable from the e-brake pedal, squeeze the clip and remove. All the cables should be hanging under the car. Swap your new cables for the old ones and install in reverse order of removal. Good luck.

Q: How much should a 69 Camaro Custom Coupe go for?
The whole car is custom the paint, 572 cubic motor cable of producing 700 horsepower, and 5000 sony watt 14 speakers.

A: depends upon the quality of the work, the parts, and generally the overall condition. It might be worth $20,000 or it couild be worth $100,000; we have no way of telling withour doing a thorough, professional evaluation of the vehicle (the same applies to others who want to know “How much is my ANYYEAR ANYMOBILE worth!)

Q: Would it be possible to put 69 Camaro RS headlight doors on a 78 Nova SS?
Could it be done? What changes would be necessary?
@ Todd A: I like the way it would look, I have already done it with photoshop to see how it looks. I just want to know if it can be done and how, or if I have to have a set made to look like the classic 69 RS Camaro.

A: No.

Q: What was the original color of the 69 camaro ss?

A: Check out this website: it has all the colors for 1969 Chevys.

Q: How can you tell the difference between a 67,68,69 camaro? What distinguishing features separate them? ?

A: The differences that come to mind are the tail lights. The ‘67 tail lights look like one unit. On the ’68’s, the tail lights have a chrome like divider that makes it look like a 2 piece. The 69’s look like the tail lights are 3 piece. I’m sure there are other differences, but these are the ones that I know.

Q: Is there a way to get my ‘69 camaro appraised online?
I tried kelly blue book online and they only give values from 1989 on. Are there any other sites like kelly blue book for classic cars?

A: The NADA does offer a free on-line version. Just go to www.nadaguides.com and select the correct guide. It wouldn’t really be considered an appraisal. It is an estimate. An appraisal is more accurate in that someone (a trained appraiser) actually goes over the entire vehicle to determine it’s worth for insurance purposes and such.

Q: How much would liability coverage for me on a 69′ Camaro?
I’m 16 never got a ticket of any kind no wrecks fender benders anything like that good grades ETC ETC How much about do you think it would cost if I got insured?

A: You’ll have to call and find out if they’ll even insure a car that old. My insurance company dropped my 69 Camaro because it’s too old. I had to get classic car insurance through Grundy but you have to be 25 years old. There really limited on mileage too but for $175 a YEAR for a guaranteed value of $21,000 on a car that only goes up in value every year, I don’t why everybody doesn’t own a classic/muscle car.
My 1st car was a ‘69 Camaro and I still have it.(22 years. im 40)
I wouldn’t be caught dead in a Civic then or now.

Sorry I can’t really answer your question. The best thing is to just call around and ask.
